Saying Good-Bye and Hello

Rachel Bagby, CETA’s recruitment manager, has left us to take a position at UTC in their Operations Leadership Program. Her last day here in CETA was June 2. Joining us to take up recruiting was Kelly Cofiell.

Rachel attended the College of Engineering (pre-merger with Ward College) here at the University of Hartford with a degree in biomedical engineering and a minor in technical writing. She also earned an MBA in marketing and management from the Barney School of Business on campus. Her position in the Leadership Program at UTC will see her in three rotations, the first in quality, which she will be performing at the corporate offices in Farmington, Connecticut. She tells us that she is “looking forward to the change that industry will bring.”

Kelly is also a graduate of the University of Hartford with a degree in printmaking from the Hartford Art School. She comes to us from a position at Post University in Waterbury, Conn., where she worked as an admissions counselor in recruitment and retention. Kelly says that she “looks forward to expanding on all Rachel has done in this position and also looking into new avenues to recruit high caliber students and retain them through graduation."

We wish Rachel well in her new position and look forward to working with Kelly here in CETA.
